Our Story
Founded by Tim Spivey in Dublin, Georgia in 2018, LDT Services is a product of seasoned experience in multiple aspects of construction and demolition in both commercial and residential fields.
Tim built and expanded LDT Services without any public advertisement (before this website). Through faith, hard work, honesty, and determination, the work we produce makes a name for itself.
We take pride in the services we provide, but most importantly, we value the relationships we build with our clients.
Who We Serve:
Covering an array of services such as seawall & retention wall construction, irrigation, property grading, and demolition, we have completed projects expanding over the entire state of Georgia and parts of Florida.
Our service areas include but are not limited to Lake Sinclair, Lake Oconee, and expand to the metro-Atlanta area.
From back yards and lakeside properties, to city infrastructure with Atlanta Housing and TV sets with Netflix, we are entrusted to operate and transform vision into reality.
